INFLUENCIA DE LA MOTIVACIÓN EN LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA EMPRESA PLÁSTICOS DELGADO S.R.L. DE LA CIUDAD DE CHICLAYO

RESUMEN

Como objetivo principal en el presente articulo de investigación es determinar la influencia de la motivación en la satisfacción laboral de los empleados en la Empresa de Plásticos Delgado S.R.L.; y de que manera motivan a sus trabajadores en esta empresa, de acuerdo a esto se verificara mediante una encuesta a los trabajadores el cual medirá la motivación y satisfacción requerida por parte de sus trabajadores dentro de esta empresa y como influye en el desempeño laboral dentro de esta empresa.

Este proceso permitirá a la empresa observar y apreciar el poder que tiene la motivación para el cumplimiento de objetivos organizacionales verificando la situación social dentro y fuera de la empresa, teniendo en cuenta que los factores que influyen para que los trabajadores estén motivados son los impulsos, deseos, necesidades, anhelos, y fuerzas similares de superación en su trabajo que desempeñan en la empresa.

El presente trabajo es muy importante para nosotros, ya que esto nos permitirá tener un conocimiento amplio del tema y por tanto podremos medir diversos factores motivacionales de los trabajadores en una organización.

ABSTRACT

As main objective presently articulate of investigation it is to determine the influence of the motivation in the labor satisfaction of the employees in the Company of Thin Plastics S.R.L.; and that way motivates its workers in this company, according to this it was verified by means of a survey to the workers which will measure the motivation and satisfaction required on the part of its workers inside this company and like it influences in the labor acting inside this company.

This process will allow to the company to observe and to appreciate the power that he/she has the motivation for the execution of organizational objectives verifying the social situation inside of and outside of the company, keeping in mind that the factors that influence so that the workers are motivated they are the impulses, desires, necessities, yearnings, and similar forces of to be overcome in its work that you/they carry out in the company.

The present work is very important for us, since this will allow us to have a wide knowledge of the topic and therefore we will be able to measure the workers' diverse factors motivations in an organization.
